Book a free consultation with Umair
If something is not working, you do not need the perfect words to reach out. Start with what is happening and what you want to be different.
Best first step
Start with a free consultation
The easiest way to start is to book a free 30 minute consultation with Umair. We can talk through what is going on, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether the fit feels right.
You do not need a full explanation before you reach out. If you know that stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, anger, or relationship strain keep repeating, that is enough to begin.

What happens after you reach out
1. We make first contact
You can book directly, send a message, call, or email. Whatever feels easiest.
2. We have a short consultation
We talk through what is going on, what you want help with, and whether the fit feels right.
3. We decide on next steps
If it feels like a fit, we book the first full session and start building a practical plan.
If writing feels easier, send a message
Confidential. Takes about two minutes. You do not need to get the wording perfect.
Who this is usually a good fit for
Men who look steady on the outside but feel worn down, frustrated, shut off, or stuck.
Men who want practical support for stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, anger, or relationship strain.
Men who want to talk with one therapist from the first consult through the ongoing work.
If you are not sure which page fits best, start with the consultation anyway. We can sort that out together without forcing you to get the language right first.
What you can expect when you reach out
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario through a secure confidential platform.
New clients start with a free 30 minute consultation. Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and cost $125.
The first conversation is simple. We talk through what is going on, what kind of help you are looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
If another kind of support would make more sense, I will say that directly rather than pushing you into the wrong next step.
